Right to Safe Walking
In India we have been having Right to Information. What about Right to Safe Walking? Should not the civic authorities consider the need of people to walk safely with sufficiently wide pavements that traffic and roadside hawkers would not encroach upon.

I completely agree. I would also start an education drive teaching motorists the truth that they have no right to terrorise pedestrians, that pedestrians too have some rights. Our cars and two-wheelers accelerate when they see a pedestrian.
